When most people think about a band having a crew, it makes one imagine a record deal, a world tour, and a much bigger budget than your local bands who grind like no tomorrow. Although Paradigm is not yet one of those bands, we're lucky enough to still have people around us who dedicate their time and abilities to our ongoing quest to bring Metal to the masses. Listed here are some of the people we have the pleasure of naming our crew
ASH "UNCLE JIMMY" MCGUIRE
Roadie
These days, those who take on the role of a classical roadie are all but extinct, given way to the more professional and corporate side of the music industry. However, the man the band have come to call Uncle Jimmy, has taken on responsibilities reminiscent of those that only the true roadies of years past would do. Although he isn't a musical technician like most road crew of our day and age, Ashley is a dedicated car enthusiast and all round petrolhead, with a passion for rock music. He has done everything from transport the band and their gear, to appearing at venues ahead of time to ensure the band has everything they need to perform. He is also a professional security guard for the film industry, and as such, has taken on security roles for venues that the band has played at. From manning the door, to driving the car, to taking runaway equipment to the head, Uncle Jimmy is the Roadie every band deserves, putting up with any and all crap that comes his way for the greater good of the band.

ZAK TOMLIN

Being a friend and supporter of the band as individuals since day one, Zak Tomlin became the designated go-to man for all the band's professional photographic and videographic needs. Having studied TV and Film for six years, and running multiple successful YouTube channels, Zak is not only qualified professionally, but he's also one of the most well versed Metalheads in Hertfordshire, listening to everything from Old Rock songs, to Super Heavy Melodic Death Sludgecore, Zak is a metal encyclopedia, who understands the genre and it's subcategories well, translating very well into his photography, as he knows how a band should look on stage, Paradigm are very lucky to have him around
